General Information - Select a point under “collection” in the product overview
- Select the item you wish to purchase from the online catalogue and click on “purchase this” (by clicking on “info” the image will be enlarged)
- Once you have ordered your jewellery, click on “place an order” in the left menu
- View your order and click “order”
- Choose the link “customer information” and fill out your data. Click “next”
- Click your choice of payment
- Click “accept order”
- Your order is now sent and you can print an order confirmation
- If and when you contact Izabel Camille you must inform us of your name and number of your order confirmation

In order to keep and maintain your jewellery it is important to treat them carefully. The jewellery are sensitive to chemicals and acids, therefore avoid any contact with hair spray, perfume, vinegar, and lemon. Do not wear the jewellery when exercising, showering or sleeping. In time dust will settle between the pearls/stones. Carefully rinse with lukewarm water and use a soft cloth to dry, or carefully clean between the pearls/stones with a soft brush (e.g. soft toothbrush). Jewellery will stay shiny when kept in an airtight bag.

Delivery Time
Jewellery will be shipped from Izabel Camille within few days of your order. In cases where parts are out of stock, shipment can be delayed up to 14 days.
Price and Terms of Payment
VAT (25%) is included in all Izabel Camille prices. Our jewellery can be ordered online with the following payment options: - Dankort
- VISA
- Eurocard/Mastercard
Credit cards: the amount will be withdrawn from your account at the day of shipment from Izabel Camille.
Inpayment form/cheque/bank transfers: terms of payment are net. 14 days, hereafter 1,2% interest rate will be added per every 1st of the month.
Returns and Exchanges
Within 14 days of delivery, you may exchange or return Izabel Camille jewellery with a full refund (shipping not included). When exchanging or returning the jewellery the items must be unused and undamaged in any way. When returning jewellery please include your name, address and the number of your invoice.
Reimbursements will be placed to your bank account. It is important that you enclose your bank’s registration and account number Liability for the Jewellery
