SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free delivery in Denmark for all orders placed in the webshop. A 25% VAT is added to all purchases made in Denmark. For delivery outside Denmark shipping costs are calculated according to the rats of Post Danmark ( The Danish Postal Service).

Shipping outside EU will not include Danish VAT (25%). The VAT will be deducted in your invoice. If you are based outside EU you will pay local duties and tax.

Orders placed on weekdays will be sent within 2 - 5 business days after confirmation of your order.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the jewellery you have purchased, you may return the items in their original packaging, in an unused condition within 14 days for a full refund. When returning the jewellery please include your name, address, a reference to your invoice no. and your bank account number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices.

Returns will be processed within 7 - 10 business days from the date we receive your package. Kindly allow 3 - 5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed.

Liability for the Jewellery
The liability for the jewellery transfers to the customer on delivery.
