General Information - Select a point under “collection” in the product overview
- Select the item you wish to purchase from the online catalogue and click on “purchase this” (by clicking on “info” the image will be enlarged)
- Once you have ordered your jewellery, click on “place an order” in the left menu
- View your order and click “order”
- Choose the link “customer information” and fill out your data. Click “next”
- Click your choice of payment
- Click “accept order”
- Your order is now sent and you can print an order confirmation
- If and when you contact Izabel Camille you must inform us of your name and number of your order confirmation

Fashion jewellery is a delicate product, which must be handled with special care in accordance with the following care advice in order to avoid damages to the product, which Izabel Camille may not be held liable for. To ensure that your product remains in beautiful condition over time, please observe the following: - Store your jewellery in an airtight bag and your jewellery will maintain the original, lustrous finish
- Please remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, or applying body care products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps and lotions as this could harm the metals and reduce the lifetime of the plating, as well as cause discolouration and loss of crystal brilliance.
- Put on jewellery last when dressing, and take off first when undressing
- Avoid hard contact, e.g. knocking against objects which could cause scratches, chips and other damage
- Carefully rinse with lukewarm water and polish with a soft cloth to dry, or carefully clean between the pearls or stones with a soft brush (e.g. soft toothbrush)

* Shipping outside EU will not include Danish VAT (20% of sale price), the VAT will be deducted in the invoice. If you are based outside EU you will pay local duties and tax.
Delivery Time
Orders placed on weekdays will be sent within 2-5 days after confirmation of your order. Price and Terms of Payment

Credit cards: the amount will be withdrawn from your account at the day of shipment from Izabel Camille.
Inpayment form/cheque/bank transfers: terms of payment are net. 14 days, hereafter 1,2% interest rate will be added per every 1st of the month.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the jewellery you have purchased, you may return the items in their original packaging, in an unused condition within 14 days for a full refund. When returning jewellery please include your name, address, a reference to your invoice no. and your bank account number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices.

Terms for Dealers
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated according to the rates of Post Danmark.
Delivery Time Jewellery will be shipped from Izabel Camille as quickly as possible and within 5 -10 business days after you have placed your order. In the event that a customer orders more products than we have available, we will ship the remainder at no charge when stock is replentished. Price and Terms of Payment
VAT, packaging and shipping charges are not included in the Izabel Camille prices. Terms of payment are netto 30 days hereafter 1,2% interest rate will be added per every 1st of the month.
Return Policy
Within 14 days of delivery, you may exchange or return Izabel Camille jewellery. When exchanging or returning the jewellery the items must be unused and undamaged in any way. When returning jewellery please include your name, address and the number of your invoice.
Liability for the Jewellery
